MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

Morgan Ragan, RN, MSN, PMHNP

Morgan is a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years in the mental health field. She has worked with diverse populations in both inpatient hospitals, community mental health clinics and the private practice setting. Her treatment modalities include a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychopharmacology to help patients achieve their goals. To integrate the latest research and technology, she also offers genetic testing to help select the most effective medications and design a more individualized plan. She works primarily with patients (ages 18-60) who are struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, insomnia, stress management, and major life changes. She received her BSN from University of Indianapolis and her MSN from Indiana University.

Courtney Ragan, LMHC, LCAC

Courtney is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana. She has over 16 years experience as an individual and marriage therapist, and she specializes in trauma and attachment issues. Courtney received her BA in Psychology from The University of Kentucky and her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The Christian Theological Seminary. She is trained in EMDR and utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples therapy. Courtney has completed Level 1 & 2 training from the Internal Family Systems Institute. This forms the foundation of her work with individuals and couples.

Lindsey Williams, LMHC

Lindsey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 18 years experience working with children, teens, and adults. She has extensive training and experience working with a variety of issues, but her specialty is those with anxiety, OCD and related disorders. She has worked in both outpatient and school settings, and enjoys partnering with schools and families to maximize growth and success for young people. She utilizes CBT, ACT and Humanistic approaches. She is also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention, the gold standard in the treatment of OCD. She supports the family system of anxious children through parent-focused work using SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions). She received her BA in Psychology from The University of Kentucky and her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Gallaudet University in Washington, DC. She is fluent in American Sign Language.

Diane Stringer, LMHC, LCAC

Diane is a mental health and substance use therapist licensed in Indiana with over 10 years experience in behavioral health. She has worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse and addictions, and relationship issues. She also has experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma. Her therapy style is warm and interactive. She believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. She doesn’t believe in stigmatizing labels. Her approach combines cognitive-behavioral and client-centered therapy. She is trained in EMDR. She graduated with her BA in Psychology from Ball State University and her Master’s in Addictions from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies.
